Grad Tips

CAN'T WAIT TO TAKE YOUR GRADUATION PICS!

A couple tips I would love to share

1 | Be You
The most important part of your grad shoot is that you feel like yourself! Wear something that you feel cute in and feel free to bring an outfit change. Most people do a white flowy dress cropped above the knee but I’ve had some that do pastel colors and it looks great! For my guys, it’s usually dress pants and a blazer that compliment each other, rather than match perfectly. DON’T forget your cap and gown please and thank you!
2 | STYLE IT UP
Hair is usually down since you’ll be putting your cap on and off. But feel free to style it. You will have to wake up a little earlier to do your makeup. I would recommend heels or sandals. And simple jewelry typically looks the best.
3 | PROPS THAT POP

Prop wise feel free to bring anything that’s meaningful for you/defined your during these past couple of year. I once had a whole group bring their favorite squishmallow and it was amazing! I will bring champagne and confetti for you. Make sure to bring a small towel if you plan on jumping in the fountain! All good if you forget one. Most of the time it’s spontaneous and you just waddle back to your car.
4 | SMILE, YOU'RE ON CAMERA
I would recommend looking online and finding some poses for inspo. Totally don't need to do any research though. I will help pose you to accentuate your natural beauty. I have my go-to poses but it's always fun to see what y'all find!
ANNNNNNNNNDDDDD Most important bring your smile :) Life is beautiful and so are you. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns at 804-263-8064. Thank you!
